Data Protection
The protection of personal data at the data controller INGMETAL s.r.o., with its registered office at Vysielač 586, Petrovany 082 53, Company ID: 31 666 949, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, Section: Sro, Insert No. 929/P (hereinafter referred to as the "controller"), is ensured in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). We care about the protection of your personal data, therefore we inform you about how we process your personal data.
As the basic legal framework for setting up data protection, the applicable and effective wording of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data will be used. In addition to these regulations, the provisions of ISO 27001, ISO 27000, ISO 31000, and possibly other standards will be taken into account for this purpose.

What Data We Collect
When providing our services and selling goods, we collect personal data from you, as the data subject, to the extent necessary for the purpose of concluding a contractual relationship and fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from it. We collect your data for a limited period in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

The data subject, regardless of the legal basis for processing personal data, has the right to access personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or the right to submit a proposal to initiate proceedings on the protection of personal data.
Right to Access Personal Data
This right means that you are entitled to request confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed. If we do process such personal data, you have the right to access your personal data and information about:

However, if you request repeated copies of your personal data, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee related to your request for a copy of your personal data.
Right to Rectification of Personal Data
As part of our service provision conditions, we inform you to provide us with correct data. However, if it happens that we process incorrect data about you, the right to rectification means that you are entitled to request that we correct inaccurate personal data concerning you. Also, considering the purpose of the processing, you have the right to have your incomplete personal data completed.

Right to Data Portability

If we process your personal data on the legal basis of consent from the data subject, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, even before the expiration of the period for which the consent was granted. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

If you have reasons related to your specific situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the legal basis for such processing is our legitimate interest. However, if our legitimate interest in processing outweighs your personal interest, we may continue to process your data, despite your objection to the processing. We are also entitled to continue processing your data if it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend our legal claims.

Please include your name, surname, email address, and, if applicable, your permanent address in your request. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to fulfill your request. We require this information from you to verify your identity and to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.
If, as a data subject, you do not have full legal capacity, your rights under the Regulation and the Act may be exercised by your legal representative. The rights of a deceased data subject may be exercised by a close person under the Regulation and the Act. If your requests as a data subject are manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially due to their repetitive nature, we may charge a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of providing information or refuse to act on the request.
Providing Personal Data to Third Parties
In certain cases, other persons with whom we cooperate may have access to your personal data. To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot handle on our own, we use third-party services. These third parties include, for example:

It is possible that in the future, the list of these third parties will expand or contract to include or exclude certain third parties.
If we, as the controller, transfer the obtained personal data of natural persons to another person acting as a processor, we are obliged to conclude a special contract with each such person acting as a processor or incorporate the relevant provisions under Act No. 18/2018 into a framework contract, or to prepare an addendum to this contract.
Erasure of Personal Data
The controller will ensure the erasure of the provided personal data from the information system upon withdrawal of the user's consent to the processing of personal data or after the expiration of the retention period.

Achieving the highest possible protection of our clients' personal data is a high priority for us, and in addition to our existing business objectives, increased attention will be paid to this area. Technical and organizational measures that will be used will be carefully selected considering the scope of personal data processing and our technical and personnel capabilities, but always in such a way that these measures are maximally effective and comply with the applicable and effective legal regulations in the Slovak Republic and the EU.
