Right of access to personal data
The data subject has the right to provide a copy of the personal data we have about the person, as well as information on the purposes for which we use his personal data. In most cases, personal data will be provided to the data subject in writing, unless otherwise requested. If they request this information by electronic means, it shall be provided electronically, if technically possible.
Right to rectify personal data
The data subject has the right to rectify his or her personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete. We are obliged to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the processed personal data that we have available about the data subject.
Right to erase
The data subject has the right to request the erasure of personal data, e.g. if personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. However, the right to erasure is not an absolute right. If there is an obligation that prevents deletion, we are not obliged to comply with the data subject’s request.
The right to restrict the processing of personal data
In certain circumstances, the data subject is entitled to ask us not to use his or her personal data. E.g. if her personal data may be inaccurate or if she thinks that we no longer need to use her personal data.
Right to transfer personal data
The data subject has the right to obtain his personal data provided to us and has the right to transfer this data to another operator (eg when changing the provider of a certain service). Upon request, we are required to allow the transmission of data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. The right to portability only applies to personal data that we have obtained with the consent or under the contract to which the data subject is a party.
Right to object
The data subject has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data, which is based on legitimate legitimate interests. If we do not have a compelling legitimate reason for processing and the data subject objects, we will not process the personal data further.
Right to withdraw consent
In cases where we process personal data on the basis of consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time. The consent may be revoked in writing or in person. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that we have processed on the basis of the data subjects on its basis.
The right to file a motion to initiate personal data protection proceedings
If the data subject considers that we are processing his or her personal data unfairly or illegally, he or she may lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
