2021
at the beginning of June, all departments are moved to the administrative part of the production hall in Petrovany. Administration, finalization of molds, and machine production are all together in one building.
2018
is a year of significant innovations. Two new state-of-the-art machines, namely LASERTEC 210 Shape/Mill and DMF 260/11 replace the milling centre MATEC – 30 L. The range of services is enriched by laser texturing of surfaces.
2016
End of April the latest machining centre MATEC – 30 L moves to the production hall in Petrovany. This results in the separation of the machining of parts and their assembly, i.e. finalization of moulds, into two separate halls.
2015
INGMETAL celebrates 25 years of successful operation. In July, the production of parts centre moves to a new production hall in Petrovany. The Hermle machining centres C 1200 V and later the MCV 750 SPRINT are gradually moved there. At the same time the original factory building on Protifašistických bojovníkov st. expands its space for the final assembly of moulds.
2013
The machine fleet grows, there is the addition of a modern 5-axis CNC machining center DMU 340 P, which is one of the most advanced machines in world engineering. The DMU 340 P enables machining of complex shape and, moreover, oversized parts (a unique facility of this type in Slovakia and Europe.)
2012
Steady growth of production leads to the construction of a new production site with an area of 1,700 m2.
2011
In December, INGMETAL receives an Honourable Mention for Responsible Business, for a significant contribution to the economy and employment of the Slovak Republic by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic.
2008
The fleet expands with a milling machining centre, HERMLE C 1200 V, enabling innovative practices and contributes to the survival of the company in a period of economic crisis, when many companies with a similar focus failed.
2001
Association of Microfinancing Institutions of Slovakia grants to INGMETAL an award for the best executed project supported by small business microloans. It gains this for the reconstruction and extension of the production and administrative space in 2000.
2000
Growth in production connected with technical complexity leads to the establishment of separate departments of construction and CNC programming. In this year, the original space is reconstructed and new premises completed. The production area is thus extended to 300 m2.
1996
Begins close cooperation with the German enterprise System-Formenbau, which since 1962 has produced forms for EPS mouldings. The expertise gained and long-term cooperation leads to INGMETAL specializing in the production of moulds for expanded polystyrene (EPS) and expanded polypropylene (EPP).
1994
The company is the first in Slovakia to begin milling general 3D shapes that are programmed in the CAD/CAM system.
1992
The company purchases the universal lathe, SV 18 R, and at the end of the year the first CNC milling machine, FNGJ 40. In Czechoslovakia, at this time INGMETAL is the first private company to own this type of milling machine.
1990
Foundation of an enterprise focused on production engineering, specializing in complex shapes and precision parts. At start up the company had machine equipment consisting of a CNC lathe and a universal milling machine in the workshop with an area of 32 m2.
